What is the return policy?
A: We offer refunds for orders that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are not delivered within 30 days after shipment. Refunds are not available for packages marked as delivered, waiting for pickup, or for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, rescheduled deliveries, or unpaid customs fees. If a refunded package arrives later, you may keep it no return is required.
Are any purchases final sale?
A: No. We do not consider any purchases to be final sale. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is not delivered within 30 days after shipment, you're eligible for a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Items marked as delivered or affected by customer-related delivery issues are not eligible for refunds.

When will I get my order?
A: We offer fast shipping across the USA. Most orders are delivered within 8 business days after shipment. During holidays, peak seasons, or due to unexpected carrier delays, delivery may take up to 15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.
